The design department can turn "rough sketches" into workable
signage solutions. Equipped with the latest computer equipment,
including high resolution scanners, large format printers, and
various digital graphics programs. The Design Department can create
full color renderings for clients and shop drawings for production
needs.
The
designers effectively incorporate corporate logos to enhance a
signage program. The department also specifies the structural steel
sizes, sign material specifications, and foundation dimensions to
ensure a structurally sound and safe product.
Manufacturing
The manufacturing
department is a U.L. approved facility that fabricates
various types of neon, fluorescent, and other electrically
illuminated
signs. Shop equipment includes vacuum-forming oven, spray painting
facilities,
welders, and sheet-metal equipment.
Capabilities include:
■ The customized production of monument signs, architectural
signage, neon channel letters, and illuminated sign cabinets with
embossed acrysteel or flexible facing.
Manufacturing support includes:
■ A computer design department
that can provide standardized shop drawings, color renderings,
engineered drawings, or foundation specifications as needed.
Installation
The installation
department handles various types of sign projects ranging
from hi-rise sign erection to smaller monument and building signage.
Equipment includes 7 fully equipped crane trucks, boom reaches
ranging
from 60-100 feet.

installation area is a 200 mile radius of Knoxville, TN. Our
installation crews are trained to observe all safety procedures
involving electricity and hi-rise working conditions
